1. Purpose and Applicability
This Community Code of Conduct (“Code”) exists to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive gaming environment across all Medieval Empires platforms and community channels. It binds all users, from players to content creators and support staff and is enforceable under the Terms of Service (https://www.medievalempires.com/terms-and-conditions/).
2. Inclusivity & Respect
All players must treat others with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or the use of hateful symbols, regardless of intent is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, derogatory or violent content related to protected traits such as race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or national origin.
3. Harassment, Threats & Violence
No user shall harass, threaten, bully, or stalk another, whether in-game, in chat, voice communication, or community forums. Violent threats or content intended to alarm or intimidate are grounds for immediate action.
4. Appropriate Language & Content
5. Fair Play & Account Integrity
Users must play fairly. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots or unauthorized third-party tools, and account sharing or selling are strictly forbidden.
6. Infringement & Impersonation
7. Community Support
Players are encouraged to help others, especially new community members, by offering constructive guidance and support. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
8. Reporting Violations
Players may report violations via Helpshift. Reports are reviewed by our team. False or malicious reporting itself violates this Code and may result in sanctions.
9. Enforcement & Sanctions
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate and take appropriate action in response to any violation of this Code or the Terms & Conditions. Such actions may include, but are not limited to:
For significant disciplinary measures, such as permanent account termination, the Company will review the evidence internally before a final decision is made. Records of such actions will be maintained confidentially but may be logged for internal accountability and transparency.
10. Legal Rights & Updates
This Code forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions (https://www.medievalempires.com/terms-and-conditions/). Users are advised to review both regularly, as the Code may be updated to reflect evolving community standards. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current Code.
