Terms and Conditions For $MEE Token Staking for Land Slot

a) The Medieval Empire PTE LTD (hereinafter “the Company”) having its in game $MEE tokens which now can be staked against land slot to play the game.

b) An Entry will only be considered once all the following steps are completed:

1. The total number of $MEE Tokens to be staked will depend upon the Tier of the land chosen. The following table exemplifies the token staking requirements for each land tier.

2. A user is limited to staking for just one town slot using the same wallet. This is subject to the availability of a slot, which users can verify on the main map. Additionally, the user must possess a sufficient number of tokens as mentioned in the aforementioned table to successfully stake for the town slot.
3. The minimum duration for staking $MEE tokens is one month (30 days) hence $MEE tokens once staked for a land slot will not be release before completion of 30 days from the date of smart contract.
4. Users can stake $MEE tokens for as long as they want after the completion of the first month.
5. Users will enjoy continued use of the town slot chosen prior to the commencement of the staking period. However, should users decide to un-stake their $MEE tokens, access to the slot will be immediately forfeited, although the town progression will be preserved.
6. To re-continue usage of the town slot, the $MEE token holder must re-stake or rent from other landowners in the game.

a) A $MEE token holder can only stake 1 town slot that is connected with a corresponding crypto wallet, provided that there are empty slots available, and they have the corresponding number of tokens to stake.  

b) To view the number of town slots available on a certain piece of land, a potential participant need only scroll over the desired land and view its description. Each land tier comes with 4-16 town slots. Available town slots can then be selected by clicking the ‘Settle’ button.

c) Participants hereby grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have the full legal right, power, and authority to grant the Company the foregoing license and, if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in and contributors to their Staking in order to grant such a license.

d) By staking the necessary $MEE tokens, participants will retain access to the town slot until the point of unstaking.

e) The Company reserve the right to repeat the campaign for $MEE staking against land slot in multiple tier land depending on the number of $MEE tokens user is willing to stake.

f) All other provisions mentioned in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Medieval Empires official website shall apply to all participants and users.

The Company reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Staking, including submissions provided by users, for editorial, marketing, and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.  

All participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  The Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or amend any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of its website or otherwise violates these rules.

The Company is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.  If, for any reason, the user is not capable of availing the land slot by staking MEE$ Token, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort, the Company may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release the Company from any liability resulting from or related to participation in the contest.
